Are your kids out of school and need something to do?  Would you just like to get your little ones out of the house and doing something active? We have a range of opportunities for you at Nashville’s best one-stop shop for all of your family fitness needs.  Boost Gymnastics provides a variety of activities for preschoolers and school-age youth both male and female, when school is and is not in session. Our campers will meet new friends, have new experiences and most importantly…have fun! Our goal is to provide a program that is convenient for parents and provides them with peace of mind knowing that their child is well cared for.

Boost Gymnastics offers theme based co-ed kids camps throughout the year for ages 3-12. Summer, Fall Break, Holiday, and Spring Break. Outta School Spot camp is for school-age youth when school is out.  Don’t see the date you need? We offer custom camps just for your needs. We need at least 10 campers to put on a custom camp for you. 

All of our camps have great instructors, small groups, games, crafts, swimming (ages 5-12), inflatable obstacle courses, field house play time, and of course great gymnastics/tumbling. Our camps are not gymnastics focused, but more of an active fun and fitness camp. Our campers have the opportunity to participate in many different activities and events. They will have a fantastic time!

***It is very important that you register in advance to staff appropriately. We follow a set child to coach ratio and there are only so many spots available in our camps. Drop-ins the day of camp are welcome as long as we have space available. The cost to drop-in is $75 per day.***

NOTE: A 50% deposit is due at the time of enrollment to reserve your spot. Your 50% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds or credits are given. The remainder of your balance is due the week before camp. If you call to cancel your reservation anytime before or on the Monday the week before camp that remaining balance will no longer be due. However, if you do not cancel before or on the Monday the week before the camp you are enrolled in you will still be responsible for the remaining balance.
