The Boost Gym Stars Program is a recreational gymnastics team with the goal of creating a space where all kids have the opportunity to participate in competitive gymnastics.  The Gym Stars Team is open to Boost Recreational students ages 5-12.

Selected athletes will remain in their current rec class and have the option to add one or two additional Gym Stars classes where they will learn the basics of competitive gymnastics.  All Gym Stars athletes are invited to participate in two events at Boost Gymnastics -- a Winter In-House Competition and Spring Skill Showcase.  Eligible athletes have the opportunity to attend AAU gymnastics competitions during the spring competition season. Those athletes who perform well at AAU competitions may be invited to the Boost competitive team, as space allows.
